Join SN-Riverwood as a Rider supporting 24/7 medical logistics operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of critical medical supplies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver medical logistics shipments accurately and on time to support 24/7 operations
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and team members to coordinate deliveries efficiently
- Follow safety protocols to ensure secure handling and transport of medical supplies
- Manage delivery routes effectively to optimize time and resources
- Report any delivery issues or delays promptly to supervisors
Work schedule: 6 days per week with every other Saturday or Sunday off
Shift hours: 8-hour rotating shifts (1st.7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 2nd. 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 3rd.11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
As a Bike Dispatch Rider, you will be responsible for completing deliveries within scheduled timings, ensuring items are safely transported from Point A to Point B. You will report to a supervisor for daily tasks and attendance, comply with company policies and road safety regulations, and maintain clear communication with both customers and internal teams to support smooth operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in delivery or logistics is preferred, with team leadership experience considered an advantage. A good knowledge of local routes and navigation tools is required. The ideal candidate will be responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid Class 2B, 2A, or Class 2 motorcycle license
- Own a motorcycle
- Willing to work rotating shifts and on weekends
- Available to start working by mid-June 2026
